Viral Optics Arlington Round 7

The Monster Energy Supermotocross World Championship made its way to Arlington, TX, for Round 7 of the series, marking the return of the 250 West Coast riders as the East Coast competitors took a break before Daytona in early March. With the Triple Crown format in play, riders faced a high-intensity night of racing, where three 10-minute main events determined the overall standings through Olympic scoring. Viral Optics Elite athletes once again proved that "Focus on Fast" isn’t just a tagline—it’s a performance advantage.

Enzo Lopes with a solid 8th Overall.

Triple Crown Madness in the 250 West Class

The Arlington round came with some unfortunate news as BarX Yamaha’s Anthony Bourdon suffered a midweek practice crash, taking him out for the remainder of the SX season and sending him back to France for recovery. However, Viral Optics was well represented as Enzo Lopes (BarX Yamaha), Hunter Yoder (PRMX), Brad West (BarX Yamaha), and Dilan Schwartz—making his return after a pre-season crash—lined up to battle it out.

Hunter Yoder 11th Overall still sitting 10th overall in the series.

The competition was fierce, and Viral Optics riders consistently placed inside the top 10 throughout the night. Enzo Lopes finished 8th overall, Hunter Yoder secured 11th overall, and Dilan Schwartz claimed 15th overall, showcasing the power of Viral Optics’ advanced goggle technology in high-speed race conditions.

Mitchell Harrison solid with his 16th overall and current 19th Place in the series.

450 Class: The Deepest Field in Years

The 450 class in 2024 has been one of the most competitive seasons in recent memory. Mitchell Harrison, in his sophomore season in the 450 class, continues to impress as a main event regular. This weekend was no different, as he posted a solid 16th overall finish in Arlington. Currently, Harrison sits 19th overall in the series standings, having qualified for five of the seven main events and narrowly missing one by a single spot.
